Shipping And Returns Policy
Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are en route to you.
Orders can take between 2-5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping costs vary by product. The price for shipping will be listed at point of checkout. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
Returns on items purchased with a credit card or Apple Pay are accepted within 14 days of the order date. Orders placed with Clout are final sale and non-returnable. Items must be returned unopened/unused, with tags, in their original packaging. To return an item follow the directions below:
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a return. Please include your order number and a reason for the return.
Once your return is accepted we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print the prepaid shipping label, affix it to your package and take the package to a drop-off location. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of receiving the return label. Please note that the return label fee is USD$10 for US returns which will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to use your own return shipping method, send an email to email@example.com requesting a return. Once the return is approved please respond with your own tracking information. Returning an item with your own label is at your own risk.
Pack returned items in original condition and send to the address provided when you make your return request. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when received will not be eligible for refund

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price less the return label fee if applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Any item returned after 14 days of the order delivery date are not eligible for refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that we do not accept returns of intimate items, food, beverage, health or personal care, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page.
We do not accept exchanges, as sales may end while the requested exchange is returned and processed.
Receiving a Refund
A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. If you receive an item that is damaged please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of receiving your order with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once we receive the information and assess the damage we will send you a label to return the damaged product and issue a replacement free of charge.
Items purchased with a credit card or Apple Pay can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Order placed with Clout are final sale and not able to be cancelled. Please email email@example.com immediately to request a cancellation.
Billing, Shipping and Payment Information
Please review your billing, shipping and payment information for accuracy before submitting an order. Billing information must match the billing information you have on file with the issuing bank. Orders placed by (i) children under the age of 13 or (ii) minors between the ages of 13 and 17 without parental consent will be canceled.
